Our Process

From Farm to Port

Every shipment follows a rigorous quality and traceability process — from farm selection through cupping, grading, container loading, and final dispatch.

1. Origin Selection

Direct relationships with producer cooperatives and estates. Cup profiling and defect analysis before contracting.

2. Quality Control

In-country Q-graders evaluate every lot. Moisture content, screen size, and cupping scores are documented.

3. Processing & Milling

Washed, natural, or honey-processed at partner mills. Dry-milled to export specification with color sorting.

4. Consolidation & Logistics

Container loading under SGS supervision. Real-time tracking from port of origin to destination.

5. Delivery & Documentation

Full customs clearance support. Certificate of Origin, phytosanitary, and all compliance documents included.
